Financial Crime Analyst - Entry Level
Kforce has a client in Phoenix, AZ or Sunrise, FL that is seeking an Entry-Level Financial Crime Analyst. Prior AML, fraud, or financial services experience is not required. Kforce is partnering with a large, well recognized financial services organization seeking Entry Level Financial Crime Analysts to join their growing teams in Phoenix and Sunrise. This is a true foot in the door opportunity for recent graduates or early career professionals interested in investigations, compliance, and financial crime prevention. Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze transactions for potential financial crime or fraud
- Support AML, KYC, and investigative processes
- Document findings and escalate issues following compliance guidelines
- Work alongside experienced professionals in a structured, team based environment
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Criminal Justice, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Analytics (or related field)
- Strong computer skills - comfortable working across multiple systems and applications
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to spot issues and patterns
- Analytical mindset with a genuine interest in investigations, compliance, or financial crime
