• Train directly under experienced Mortgage Bankers and leadership.
• Apply real sales tactics through hands-on coaching and CRM tools.
• Provide exceptional customer service while managing warm leads from multiple sources.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree OR 2+ years in inside sales, service, military, or commission-based roles.
• Strong communication skills (phone, written, and in-person).
• Outgoing, competitive, and motivated by growth and performance.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30576.00 - $30576.00/yr.
