What You'll Do:

• Inspect parts, materials, assemblies, and equipment for compliance with quality standards and specifications
• Perform real-time defect evaluation and support corrective action verification
• Prepare and maintain quality assurance documentation and inspection records
• Set up and perform electronic and mechanical test configurations
• Collaborate with internal teams, coworkers, and suppliers to resolve quality-related issues

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 4+ years of directly related quality inspection experience

What Sets You Apart:

• Experience with ESD control, workmanship standards, GD&T, statistics, and process control techniques
• Associate's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred
• Experience setting up electronic and/or mechanical test configurations
• Certifications or experience with J-STD-001, J-STD-002, IPC 610, MIL-STD-883, MIL-STD-750, and X-Ray qualification processes may be required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in team environments
• Strong adaptability and openness to process improvements and change initiatives
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
• Interest in leveraging AI and continuous improvement strategies to enhance quality processes
