Legal Intake Specialist
Modern Law is a dynamic, family-centered law firm on a mission to make the divorce and family law process more compassionate, transparent, and effective. We believe that the first call or consultation sets the tone for a client’s entire experience, which is why our intake team plays one of the most important roles in the firm.
We’re looking for an extroverted, outgoing, and emotionally intelligent professional to lead the client intake process. This role combines customer service, sales, and leadership - helping potential clients take their first steps toward legal representation while supporting our team of Client Advocates.
You’ll be the voice of the firm for new clients - building trust, listening deeply, and guiding people toward the right solution. We're looking for someone who describes themselves as a "people person" and truly enjoys working on a team. Our ideal candidate is upbeat, high-energy, and enthusiastic.
This is a full-time in-person position.
