Responsibilities:

• Achieving monthly quota for introducing new members
• Not afraid to make phone calls, speak to people, and cold call
• Assist in generating organic leads in the community through community events, building partnerships, and driving brand awareness
• Participate in local community events and pop-ups to promote the BODY20 brand
• Assist in building community business relationships and partnership when needed
• Working as a team player to help grow the member base of the studio through sales, onboarding new members and superior customer service to keep long-term members.

As a Body20 Sales Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team that positively affects the lives of our members on a daily basis! You will participate in the operation and success of a fast-paced fitness studio, and build relationships with Body20 members and the community in order to help maintain and build a member base and you will be responsible for providing our members with a best-in-class customer experience.

In order to be a BODY20 High Performer you must be able to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education and/or Experience Required:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong follow-up for leads and organizational skills
• Ability to take 1-2 Body20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients.
• Having a FITNESS background is a plus
• Winning attitude and loves to chase opportunity and thrives when challenged
• Willing to work and be successful in a quota driven model
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly
• Willing and able to work some nights, and occasional weekends
• Ability to take 1-2 BODY20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: From $15.00 per hour, plus commission and bonus (based on performance)
