IST Management Services is hiring for a mailroom/hospitality and office service site supervisor for a one man account in Tempe AZ

Location: Priest and Broadway Road

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Compensation: $20.00 - $20.00

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver packages to recepients upon arrival after loging them for 100% accountability
• Stocking kitchens across 3 building locations and several different floors
• Lifting packages up to 40-50 pounds occasionally
• Performance basic copier equipment maintenance including changing ink cartridges loading paper replacing toner waste and/or staple cartridges and clearing jams
• Driving a company vehicle to 3 set buildings for package/mail delivery and office services duties
• Respond coordinate servcie calls with property management and or outside contractors
• Perform other tasks as assigned to support client and site needs

Qualifications

• Must have a valid drivers license to drive company vehicle
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
• Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
• Self motivation
