You'll focus on residential warranty service, installation corrections, and system diagnostics while working alongside experienced technicians in a supportive, non-selling environment.

Your New Role

As an HVAC Warranty Technician, you'll provide high-quality warranty service and support for

residential customers throughout Phoenix, Anthem, Carefree, Cave Creek, Scottsdale, Paradise

Valley, Glendale, Peoria, and Sun City, Arizona.

You'll be responsible for:

• Performing residential HVAC warranty repairs, maintenance, tune-ups, and service calls

• Completing warranty work generated by Selling Technicians while ensuring quality installation corrections

• Assisting with HVAC diagnostics and mechanical repairs under the guidance of experienced team members

• Supporting installation and service teams with technical tasks and general mechanical work

• Maintaining accurate service documentation and communicating job progress with the team

• Keeping your company service van clean, organized, and fully stocked

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment at every job site

• Using your own hand tools while utilizing company-provided vehicle and fuel resources

• EPA Certification required

• Minimum 3 years of Residential HVAC experience required

• Commercial HVAC experience preferred but not required

• Basic understanding of HVAC systems, maintenance, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs

• Willingness to learn and develop advanced troubleshooting skills

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Must be able to commute within approximately 30 miles of Anthem, AZ

• Must provide your own tools

• Ability to work overtime during peak season as needed

• Ability to lift and carry 25 to 50 pounds regularly

• Ability to successfully complete a background check

• Authorized to work in the United States
