Vaco is seeking a Staff Accountant in Scottsdale, Arizona! What stands out about this role? • Direct exposure to the Controller and CFO in a collaborative, team-oriented environment • Hands-on experience across full cycle accounting • Opportunity to grow responsibilities as the business continues to scale Responsibilities include: • Support daily accounting operations, including billing and invoice processing • Assist with month-end close activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations • Process advisor billing information and support accurate fee payments • Maintain accounting records and supporting documentation • Assist with payroll-related accounting tasks • Support special projects and process improvement initiatives Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required • Accounting internship, relevant work experience, or accounting coursework preferred • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Intermediate Excel skills preferred • QuickBooks experience is a plus • Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in Scottsdale, Arizona To be immediately considered, APPLY NOW!
