General Assistant Location Phoenix, AZ (Camelback East area) :

Salary: $16.00 + DOE

We currently have a career opportunity for a Full-Time General Assistant at our Arcadia office in Phoenix, AZ.

This position may also require receptionist duties as directed by supervisor.

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual who is committed to providing top-notch client service. The General Assistant performs routine support work and clerical tasks related to case files so the legal assistant's time can be devoted to the more complex tasks related to management of case files.

Job Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Bi-lingual, English/Spanish is desirable, but not required.
• Minimum one year legal or secretarial experience.
• Must have strong computer skills along with the ability to learn software applications quickly.
• The successful candidate must possess strong communication skills (both verbal and written), and the ability to effectively prioritize and work on multiple projects.
• Must consistently follow through and follow-up, demonstrate compassion, have a positive attitude, be motivated and a self-starter

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
