Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this full-time, permanent role, you will provide comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic services to a diverse patient population across clinic, school, and community settings.

This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by improving patients’ speech, language, communication, and swallowing abilities through individualized, evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders

• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans

• Provide therapy to improve articulation, fluency, expressive/receptive language, and overall communication skills

• Deliver direct services to both pediatric and adult populations

• Assess and treat voice disorders, including voice quality and resonance concerns

• Evaluate swallowing function (dysphagia) and implement safe therapeutic strategies

• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation

• Educate families and caregivers to support therapy goals at home

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare and educational teams

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on measurable outcomes

• Utilize diagnostic tools and software to track phonological and language development

• Ensure adherence to professional standards and ASHA guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active Arizona SLP license (or eligibility to obtain licensure immediately)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Compassionate, patient-focused approach

• Ability to work in clinic, school, and community-based environments

• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Visa sponsorship not available)
