We are currently seeking a dedicated Automotive Light Maintenance and Repair Technician to join our team in Globe, AZ. Job Details Salary: $25 per hour Job Type: Full Time Location: Globe, AZ 85501 Position Summary The Automotive Light Maintenance and Repair Technician plays a key role in maintaining the quality and efficiency of vehicle services. This role involves performing routine maintenance tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting team members to promote operational success. Primary Duties Perform lube, oil, filter changes, and multipoint vehicle inspections accurately and efficiently. Assess and identify additional vehicle service needs. Maintain high-quality standards for all services and notify management of any issues with parts or processes. Ensure vehicles remain clean during servicing and repairs. Deliver excellent customer service by providing prompt and clear communication. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following OSHA and EPA regulations. Complete all assigned tasks as requested by management. Workplace Conduct and Integrity Adhere to the highest ethical standards in all interactions and duties. Exemplify professionalism and a positive attitude within the team. Maintain outstanding attendance and punctuality. Keep the work area neat, orderly, and compliant with safety standards. Working Conditions This position is based in a shop environment and may include exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, dust, fumes, chemicals, and adhesives. The role requires the ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform physical activities including sitting, standing, bending, reaching, kneeling, and operating equipment safely. Job Requirement:Job Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent recommended but not required. No certifications required. Minimum of one year experience as a technician's assistant or apprentice. Maintain a valid driver’s license and meet company motor vehicle record requirements. Local state inspection license preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to work in a shop environment with exposure to noise, dust, odors, fumes, chemicals, and adhesives. Capability to lift up to 100 pounds. Perform physical activities such as sitting, standing, bending, reaching, talking, hearing, handling objects, kneeling, and crouching. Visual abilities including close, distance, and peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Safe operation of equipment and vehicles at all times.
