Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Phoenix, AZ. candidates must have strong Cisco Webex CCE experience to build call flows and integrate conversational AI platforms like Parloa while troubleshooting system bottlenecks .

Rate Range: $60/hour to $66/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Developer job responsibilities include:

• Lead migration, deployment, and ongoing management of Cisco Webex CCE contact center platforms across enterprise environments.

• Design and configure call flows, ACD, IVR, TFN, and SIP Trunks, incorporating natural language capabilities to enhance customer experience.

• Integrate and implement conversational AI platforms such as Parloa with Cisco Webex CCE to enable intelligent automation.

• Identify system bottlenecks, perform root‑cause analysis, and troubleshoot issues across voice, routing, and integration layers.

• Collaborate with onsite–offshore teams and cross‑functional stakeholders across global locations to ensure seamless delivery and support.

• Maintain performance, reliability, and scalability of contact center applications through continuous monitoring and optimization.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Minimum 10+ years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years working specifically with Cisco platforms and contact center technologies.

• Strong hands‑on expertise in Cisco Webex CCE, including call flow configuration, ACD/IVR setup, TFN/SIP trunk management, and end‑to‑end platform administration.

• Proven experience integrating conversational AI systems (e.g., Parloa) with Cisco Webex CCE and troubleshooting performance bottlenecks across complex, distributed environments.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $66.00 per hour
