Electrician – Commercial & Industrial

Location: Mesa, Arizona

Pay: $30/hr to $32/hr

Indoor, Climate Controlled

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM (optional Friday overtime)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrician to join our team and support large-scale commercial and industrial projects. This position plays a key role in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex electrical systems while ensuring all work meets safety, quality, and operational standards. You will collaborate closely with leadership, engineers, and cross-functional teams to support ongoing production and facility improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems within large commercial or industrial facilities.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics to quickly resolve electrical and HVAC-related issues.
• Interpret and follow blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation to ensure accurate and compliant installations.
• Coordinate daily with leadership, engineers, and other trades to align electrical work with project goals.
• Maintain inventory of electrical materials and tools, ensuring proper stock levels and organization.
• Develop, promote, and adhere to safety protocols to reduce risk and maintain compliance.
• Support lean manufacturing practices and contribute recommendations for continuous improvement.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Journeyman-level experience with strong electrical and HVAC troubleshooting abilities.
• Proficiency in conduit bending, control panels, low-voltage systems (10–20 WAT), and electrical terminations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Comprehensive understanding of electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.

Additional Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational electrical training preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on electrical installation and repair experience.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Safe, clean, and modern facility located in Mesa, AZ
• Ability to lift and move up to 35 lbs
• Frequent standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing portable ladders
• Requires use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail are essential
