Veterinary Oncologist (Board Certified / Diplomate / Residency Trained) J851307
This AAHA-accredited, full-service referral and emergency hospital operates around the clock and is built for complex medicine and seamless teamwork. Oncology is a core service within a multidisciplinary lineup that includes surgery, internal medicine, emergency and critical care, and advanced diagnostic imaging. - Provide consultations and ongoing care for oncology patients, including diagnostic workups, staging, and treatment planning
- Administer and oversee chemotherapy and other medical oncology therapies in a dedicated oncology suite
- Collaborate closely with surgery, internal medicine, emergency, and critical care for coordinated, multimodal case management
- Guide case discussions and rounds; mentor doctors and technicians in best practices for oncology care
- Communicate clearly with referring veterinarians and pet owners to ensure continuity of care
- Contribute to quality improvement, protocol development, and clinical education

- DVM or equivalent degree
- Eligible for, or holding, an active license to practice veterinary medicine in Arizona
- Board-certified in Medical Oncology or residency trained in Oncology
- Eligible to work in the United States
- DEA registration or eligibility
