At The Insomnia & Sleep Institute of Arizona , we’re dedicated to helping our community sleep better, feel better, and live better. Our team delivers exceptional, patient‑centered sleep medicine care—and we can only do that with a strong, reliable, and positive support team.

If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, love staying organized, and take pride in being the person everyone can count on, you’ll feel right at home here. You’ll join a hardworking, friendly, and supportive group that truly values your energy, your efficiency, and your heart for patient care.

  • Chart prep, chart audits, and ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.

  • Managing medication prior authorizations and submitting them on time.

  • Handling treatment estimate discussions and guiding patients through financial expectations with warmth and professionalism.

  • Collecting copays and outstanding balances while maintaining a friendly, calm demeanor.

  • Scheduling follow‑ups, office visits, and sleep studies.
