Veterinary Technician

We are seeking a professional, dependable, and detail oriented Veterinary Technician who takes pride in their work and values high standards of care, communication, and accountability. Hassayampa Veterinary Services is a busy, full service veterinary hospital in Wickenburg, AZ, seeking an experienced and committed professional to join our team. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, and thrives in a fast paced, professional setting where teamwork, consistency, and excellence are expected.

Position Qualifications

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:

• 2+ years of experience as a Veterinary Technician in a clinical or hospital setting
• Strong technical skills including patient care, anesthesia monitoring, laboratory procedures, and clinical support
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast paced medical environment
• Solid understanding of hospital protocols, medical standards, and patient safety practices
• Clear, professional communication skills with clients and team members
• Ability to remain calm, focused, and detail oriented in high responsibility situations
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to support both doctors and support staff
• Commitment to continued learning, skill development, and professional growth
• Dependable, punctual, accountable, and career oriented with a strong work ethic

Hours & Availability

This is a full-time position offering a 4-day work week with rotating Saturdays.

• Monday - Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm

• Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm

Compensation & Benefits

Our team members can expect competitive compensation. The starting pay range for this position is $22 – $26 per hour , dependent upon experience, education, and qualifications.
