What You'll Do

As a Financial Services Professional, you'll serve as a key point of contact for financial advisors, providing support and solutions that help them better serve their clients and grow their businesses.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handling inbound calls and service inquiries from financial advisors (approximately 35-40 calls per day)
• Researching and resolving complex service-related issues
• Navigating multiple systems and resources simultaneously
• Providing accurate, professional, and timely support
• Learning financial products, operational processes, and industry concepts
• Building strong relationships through exceptional customer service
• Collaborating with internal teams to identify solutions and drive positive outcomes
• Managing multiple priorities while maintaining quality and productivity standards

Work Schedule & Training

Training Period

• Fully onsite for the first 4-6 weeks
• Monday-Friday
• 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Post-Training Schedule

• 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday
• Availability required between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST
• Final shift assignment determined based on business needs
