We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and managing data infrastructure during engagements to ensure it meets the needs of our clients. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement effective database solutions and models to store and retrieve company data.
- Analyze structural requirements for reporting and applications.
- Optimize existing data systems and design pipelines for data integration.
- Define database design and architecture standard operating procedures for applications and projects.
- Collaborate with IT teams and management to devise a data strategy that addresses data governance, scalability, and performance.
- Identify and resolve data-related issues, ensuring data consistency, accessibility, and security.
- Develop and enforce best practices in data management to improve data accuracy and business decision-making.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Data Architect or similar role.
- In-depth understanding of database management systems, ETL (Extract, transform, load) frameworks.
- Proficiency with database technologies such as SQL and big data processing frameworks.
- Experience in data modeling and design.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
