Responsibilities

• Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Conduct tax research to ensure compliance with current regulations.
• Provide strategic tax planning advice to help clients minimize tax liabilities.
• Stay current with tax law changes and evolving industry trends.
• Develop and implement effective tax strategies aligned with business goals.
• Mentor and support junior staff as they grow professionally.
• Analyze financial data to identify meaningful tax-saving opportunities.
• Manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Prepare and present tax-related reports to clients and internal leadership.
• Monitor tax compliance metrics and support ongoing process improvements.
• Collaborate across teams to drive operational and financial objectives.
• Assist with audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities.

Experience & Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience preparing complex individual and business tax returns.
• Current CPA license.
• Strong knowledge of current tax regulations and compliance practices.
• Proven ability to provide strategic tax planning to reduce client liabilities.
• Excellent relationship-management skills and client service mindset.
• Commitment to staying informed about tax law updates and industry developments.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and fostering their growth.
• Ability to analyze financial data to uncover tax-saving insights.
• Skilled in preparing and presenting tax-related reports to stakeholders.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing compliance metrics and performance reporting.
