: Job Title: Credit Servicing Specialist Location: Mesa What you'll do: Our Credit Servicing Specialist plays an important role in our customer relationships and in our internal/external bank audits. A Credit Servicing Specialist is responsible for monitoring loan portfolios for Western Alliance Bank to ensure credits are preforming to expectations. A Credit Servicing Specialist processes ticklers, generates reports, and works on special projects for a wide array of departments within Western Alliance Bank (Gaming, HOA, Municipal Finance, CRE, C&I, SBA, BCLC, Technology, Timeshare, Equity Fund, Renewable Energy, Healthcare, Legal, Non-Profits, Warehouse Mortgage, Note Financing, Equipment Financing). What we are looking for: Essential Duties

• Meet credit compliance standards by processing consumer, commercial, and real estate loan payments and advances, ensuring all loan covenants are logged and all requirements have been met, including documentation, in order to ensure clean audits and maintain data. Maintains strict confidentiality of all records and data received and produced.
• Responsible for reviewing Loan Agreements/Loan Presentations, building borrower covenants, and mitigates risk by identifying borrowers not in compliance with Bank and regulatory requirements.
• Generate reports for Portfolio Managers, Division and department leaders on covenant testing; actions testing failures to meet credit compliance standards. Escalates and responds to internal stakeholders including loan officers or lending staff, regarding loan covenant issues and/or reporting.
• Understands how to process requests from each internal business line using Bank procedures line within credit guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or GED
• Two years related loan credit servicing or loan administration experience and/or training or related field.
• Entry level to intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
• Entry level to intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
• Experience with interpreting loan documents of all types (commercial, real estate, participations/syndications) preferred.
