Technical Services Representative - Cement Admixtures
Routine Activities:
- Maintain and service assigned customer accounts, providing technical support for ACM admixtures.
- Build strong relationships with customers and industry partners while identifying opportunities to grow sales within the territory.
- Provide on-site troubleshooting, optimization support, and training related to concrete technology and product performance.
- Install, maintain, and repair ACM dispensing equipment as needed.
- Monitor and report on market trends and competitive activity.
- Support field trials, R&D initiatives, and represent ACM at industry events and associations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Technical Services Manager.
- Submit weekly site visit tracking reports.
- Maintain detailed CRM notes documenting customer interactions and service activities.
- Adhere to all personnel safety protocols at customer sites and ACM production facilities.
- Follow electrical safety standards when servicing ACM equipment.
- Maintain a non-smoking, non-vaping status where permitted by law.

- Associate degree or higher (Bachelor’s in a technical field preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in the cement or concrete products industry.
- Proven experience or aptitude in technical service and account management.
- Strong knowledge of concrete and concrete products.
- Electrical and mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including conflict management and handling challenging customers.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities; able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Monday.com or similar CRM tools is a plus.
- Fluency in English required; Spanish fluency strongly preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
Extensive travel required (up to 70% weekly) by car and plane.
