As a Security Officer Armed Response Patrol in Phoenix, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an armed officer at a prominent financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help discourage incidents, and support a professional environment through strong communication and customer service. In this role, you will respond to security-related concerns with integrity, reliability, and teamwork while delivering a caring, people-first experience.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts, supervisors, and/or local first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Serve in an armed post while following all Allied Universal protocols, post orders, and applicable laws related to the handling, inspection, and reporting of assigned equipment.
• Monitor access activity and verify credentials for restricted areas, helping to control entry and support the protection of personnel, property, and/or sensitive financial operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Armed Guard Card/License required.
• CPR/First Aid preferred.
• Customer Service Experience preferred.
• Guard Card/License preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
