Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding promptly to changes in their condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update individualized care plans
• Use advanced monitoring equipment and maintain accurate patient records
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active RN license with ICU specialization
• Prior experience in an ICU or critical care environment
• Strong knowledge of ICU protocols and equipment
• Excellent clinical judgment and effective munication skills
