We’re looking for a proactive, client-focused Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the daily driving force behind our client partnerships—building trust, delivering value, and ensuring every project drives measurable business results. You’ll manage a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market accounts, nurturing relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and keeping projects moving with clarity and momentum.

Role Overview

The Account Manager owns the success of assigned accounts—building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and connecting them with Yeager’s full suite of marketing services. You’ll plan, manage, and grow accounts, collaborating with our internal teams to deliver exceptional work that moves the needle.

What You'll Do

Account Management & Client Success

  • Manage, retain, and grow a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market B2B accounts.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders, acting as their go-to partner for all things marketing.
  • Lead quarterly and annual planning to ensure client programs are strategic, measurable, and aligned with their goals.
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand revenue within accounts.
  • Monitor project progress, client satisfaction, and program ROI—resolving issues quickly and effectively.
  • Work with our team to develop custom marketing strategies that solve client challenges.
  • Lead project scope development, proposals, SOWs, and deliverables with clarity and accuracy.
  • Be the main point of contact—keeping clients informed, engaged, and confident every step of the way.

Collaboration & Execution

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external freelancers to ensure deliverables are on time, on budget, and on strategy.
  • Bring new ideas and insights to the table to continuously elevate the client experience.
  • Keep a close eye on industry trends and share relevant insights with clients to strengthen their position.
  • Champion Yeager’s process, best practices, and standards of excellence.

Growth & Performance

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals for your accounts.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and account plans to support Yeager’s revenue goals.
  • Contribute to case studies, client stories, and wins that showcase our impact.

What You'll Need

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B account management—agency background highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, including digital and traditional channels.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident presenting to clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and driven to solve problems proactively.
  • A natural relationship builder who earns trust and inspires confidence.
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 (based on experience)
