Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead a small, high-performing sales team of 3–4 representatives while maintaining a personal sales focus (25% of role) on strategic and high-value accounts. This role combines leadership, coaching, and hands-on selling to drive revenue growth, expand client relationships, and capture new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 3–4 sales representatives, ensuring performance targets are met and exceeded.
• Develop and execute sales strategies targeting larger, strategic, or high-value clients.
• Personally manage a portfolio of key accounts, contributing to 25% of total sales efforts.
• Monitor team performance metrics, provide regular coaching, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives.
• Identify new market opportunities, build strong client relationships, and expand the company’s presence in target sectors.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for executive leadership.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or team management role.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing strategic client relationships.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and team development skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) preferred.
• Ability to balance hands-on sales with leadership responsibilities effectively.
