Certified Apartment Staffing is hiring experienced Leasing Consultants for multiple apartment communities throughout Mesa and Phoenix, Arizona . If you have a passion for customer service, strong leasing skills, and Tax Credit (LIHTC) experience , we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist prospective residents with apartment tours.
- Respond to phone, email, and online leasing inquiries.
- Process rental applications and lease agreements.
- Verify income and documentation for Tax Credit (LIHTC) compliance.
- Maintain knowledge of current pricing, availability, and community amenities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
- Assist with resident retention and lease renewals.
- Help maintain a professional leasing office and model units.
- Complete additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous apartment leasing experience is required.
- Tax Credit (LIHTC) experience is REQUIRED.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work weekends as needed.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Experience with property management software such as Yardi, Entrata, OneSite, ResMan, or similar is a plus.
