We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Loss Control Consultant to help our clients mitigate risks and improve their safety protocols. As a Loss Control Consultant, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective risk management strategies tailored to our clients' unique needs! Your expertise will contribute to reducing their total cost of risk while ensuring the safety and wellbeing of their workforce. • Pay starting at $58K/yr depending on experience

• Conduct loss and operational analysis, assessing adherence to standards and regulations, and developing and/or applying existing plans and materials required to achieve successful implementation of risk improvement programs.
• Understanding of client business, risk, risk profile and risk control service techniques to address client needs promptly and professionally, supplying business growth and retention goals.
• Establishes and implements project plans with professional and consistent deliverables, accessing and deploying resources.
• Provides efficient and cost effective service, pro-actively handling renewals, effectively engaging and participating in account planning, working groups and strategic reviews.
• Work with leadership to find opportunities where client expectations and/or consultative solutions may drive additional revenue. Actively supports processes, procedures, growth strategies, and contributes to continuous improvement.

• 3 years' related experience in Safety or Risk
• Ability to acquire appropriate licenses
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• 50% travel required in the state of Arizona, including overnight travel.
• Ability to perform work on varied customer properties; entails negotiating non-public access areas, working outside as needed, climbing, lifting, sitting, standing and walking for extended periods of time
