Assembly Technician

Midway Staffing is hiring Assembly Technicians for a growing manufacturing company in Phoenix. If you enjoy working with your hands, using tools, reading blueprints, and being part of a team that builds high-quality products, we want to hear from you!

Location: Phoenix, AZ
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM | Overtime as needed
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr

Duties:

• Assemble machinery, electrical equipment, and fabricated metal products.

• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

• Use hand and power tools to complete assemblies.

• Perform quality inspections and package finished products.

• Maintain production records and support daily production goals.

Requirements:

• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

• Experience using hand and power tools.

• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.

• Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to work overtime.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
