As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Axon, you will be the primary post-sales contact for our small-market customers, ensuring they maximize the value of their investment. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy, customer-focused professional who can partner with clients to enhance their workflows using Axon’s products.
Reports to: Inside CS Tead Lead
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of customers, providing day-to-day support and strategic guidance.
- Lead training webinars and customer calls , ensuring clients are well-equipped to leverage Axon’s solutions.
- Develop a deep understanding of Axon’s product ecosystem and guide customers through seamless implementation.
- Share industry best practices to proactively address customer needs and drive product adoption.
- Collaborate with Axon’s Support team and other cross-functional teams to manage and resolve customer escalations.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS, technology, or a related field.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and customer-obsessed , with a drive to exceed expectations.
- Exceptional communication skills —both verbal and written—along with strong organizational and presentation abilities.
- Proven capacity to efficiently manage heavy caseloads in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

The Pay: Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 52,500 in the lowest geographic market and USD 84,000 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
