We’re searching for an Electrical Superintendent in Tempe, AZ to oversee field operations on major industrial and semiconductor projects. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Superintendent position include:- Minimum 3 years of experience with industrial electrical systems and construction supervision- Proficiency with construction management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Gantt charts- Strong understanding of NEC codes, safety standards, and quality control procedures- Supervise and mentor electrical crews, subcontractors, and vendors on active job sites- Plan and manage manpower needs and scheduling to meet project milestones- Conduct and lead job site safety meetings and enforce compliance protocols- Maintain project documentation including electrical drawings, reports, permits, and inspections- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align electrical work with overall project goalsSalary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
