The Opportunity

As we expand our clinical services and scale access to longevity-focused care nationwide, were seeking a board-certified physician to join as Medical Director. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for guiding our clinical strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality, and supporting a growing team of Nurse Practitioners delivering care via telehealth across the U.S.

We're looking for a physician leader with deep expertise in functional and integrative medicine, a strong understanding of the digital health regulatory landscape, and a passion for proactive, personalized care.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Collaborating Physician for Nurse Practitioners across multiple states (as required)

• Develop, implement, and oversee clinical protocols in areas including hormone therapy, peptides, longevity-focused therapeutics, and functional lab interpretation

• Ensure compliance with relevant medical board regulations, prescribing laws, and documentation standards

• Act as a clinical resource for complex cases, care escalations, and second-opinion consults

• Collaborate with product and tech teams to build scalable, compliant clinical workflows

• Lead and participate in clinical team meetings, ongoing training, and protocol reviews

• Provide direct patient care (optional, but preferred)

Required Qualifications

• Board-certified MD or DO with unrestricted, active medical licensure in 30+ U.S. states

• DEA licensure (preferred)

• 5+ years of clinical experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Functional or integrative medicine

  • Longevity & regenerative medicine

  • Hormone optimization / HRT

  • Mens and womens health

• Prior experience supervising or collaborating with Advanced practice Providers (NPs, PAs, etc)

• Proficiency in telehealth delivery and digital documentation

• Experience with peptide therapy, HRT/TRT Protocols, and compounding pharmacy coordination

• Deep understanding of interstate care regulations and digital health compliance standards

• Strong balance of clinical leadership and willingness to remain engaged in patient care

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as Medical Director or Clinical Lead in a digital health or telemedicine setting

• Interest in AI, data-driven care planning, or health tech innovation
