• Proven management experience in a high-volume, casual dining, or family-style restaurant.
• Strong and stable work history.

• Completion of a paid 12-week management training program.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to company standards for food quality, production, safety, and cleanliness.
• Manage food production and Back-of-the-House operations using company-provided recipes and procedures.
