Operations Coordinator – Logistics / Trucking / Transportation

Stream Logistics is hiring an experienced Operations Coordinator to support our fast-paced logistics team. We’re looking for someone who has worked in trucking, transportation, dispatch, freight brokerage, or a similar field and is ready to grow their career in a high-performance environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate shipment details with clients and drivers

• Post loads and source drivers using load boards

• Negotiate and secure rates with drivers

• Communicate between sales and operations teams

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and transportation partners

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2+ years of experience in logistics, trucking, transportation, dispatch, supply chain, or freight brokerage

• Knowledge of shipment coordination, driver communication, or transportation terminology

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Driven, proactive, and eager to take ownership

Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required.
