Temporary Production Operator

Overview Primo Brands is a leading branded beverage company in North America with a focus on healthy hydration. Pay: $19.50 / hour Shift: Monday to Friday 12:00pm to 8:30pm Location: Phoenix, AZ **Shift Differential:** 6%-8% of the base hourly rate for applicable hours worked Responsibilities + This position is responsible for the efficient operation of designated production equipment as assigned. + Responsible for start-up, operation, change over, shut down and preventative maintenance of assigned production equipment. Equipment may include production line equipment, forklifts or other power equipment. + Operate all assigned equipment safely and efficiently following the Company Safety Policy, including the lock out/tag out process. + Perform manual tasks such as: loading and supplying production line items, reworking product and loading conveyors. + Quality Assurance and testing compliance according to Company and/or designated facility standards. + Provide general plant, production line and facility clean up (5S). Qualifications + Must be 18 years of age or older. + Production experience, preferably in a food and beverage environment. + Focus on safe work practices and high quality while executing duties with a sense of urgency. + Work efficiently self-directed or in a team environment. + Physically able to safely lift bottles and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. + Forklift experience (required in some locations). + Ability to work flexible hours and occasional weekends (depending on location). + Ability to inspect materials visually and by sense of smell. + PPE Required (safety shoes, hair nets, goggles, ear plugs). + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. + Regularly works around moving mechanical parts and in outside conditions (depending on location) that include inclement weather, heat, and humidity. The noise level may be loud at times.
