UKG HRIS Administrator

Our client is seeking a Workday and UKG Pro professional to help lead the transition to UKG Timekeeping within a highly collaborative HR environment. This is an opportunity to serve as a subject matter expert from day one, laying the foundation for future module expansion while playing a strategic role in HR systems transformation.

• Location: Scottsdale, AZ
• Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $65-$120k/year FTE
• No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the implementation and configuration of UKG Timekeeping and future module integrations
• Serve as SME for UKG Pro, particularly in Timekeeping, and guide process enhancements
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to improve reporting and data flow across platforms
• Partner with stakeholders to design and optimize HRIS solutions for evolving business needs
• Support future expansion of UKG modules and potentially grow into a lead-level position

What Gets You the Job:

• Proven experience with UKG Pro integration, especially Timekeeping
• Hands-on experience with Boomi for system integrations and automation
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM functionality and workflows
• Ability to communicate across HR and IT teams to deliver seamless solutions
• Experience supporting cross-functional HR systems reporting and optimization efforts
