Position Summary

From designing personalized workout plans to providing guidance and motivation, you’ll be an integral part of their wellness journey. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in fitness and a passion for the elderly.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement customized fitness programs tailored.
• Provide guidance on proper exercise techniques and form to ensure safety and effectiveness.
• Group chair seated classes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming fitness environment.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• At least 1 year of experience in a fitness-related role.
• Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
• Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to reach their fitness goals.
• A passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.
