Express is looking for a dedicated Office Professional to join our team. This role is the "command center" of our daily operations. We are looking for a reliable individual who wants to plant roots and grow alongside us as we expand our footprint in the property management sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Dispatching: Coordinate and schedule technicians for service calls across various apartment complexes .
- Software Management: Must know Service Fusion to track work orders, manage tech routes, and update job statuses in real-time.
- Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for apartment property managers and onsite staff, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Administrative Support: Handle office organization, data entry, and basic invoicing.
What We’re Looking For
- Software Expertise: Must be proficient in Service Fusion.
- Property Services Experience: Familiarity with scheduling for apartment complexes or multi-family housing is highly preferred.
- Accounting Knowledge: Experience with QuickBooks is a major plus.
- Professionalism: A polished office demeanor with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
