And we do it all with heart, each and every day. **Position Summary** You will perform a variety of critical functions under the direction of and in support of CVS Caremark attorneys and other legal professionals. You will conduct legal research, draft various legal documents, and perform other related duties including state regulatory filings and network-related pharmacy benefit licensure matters. You will be the lead contact for legal research and will provide support for various state regulatory projects related to pharmacy network development initiatives, pharmacy enrollment and credentialing, pharmacy audit, and pharmacy recoupment and recovery activities. You will support the CVS Caremark legal team with pharmacy network contracting and market conduct examinations, and additional requests as needed. **Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:** Completes daily management tasks, including organizing and saving key case correspondence and documentation. Identifies opportunities to assist with strategic planning for the legal department. Drafts, edits, fact-checks, otherwise assists in the preparation of legal documents under limited supervision by attorneys. Analyzes state regulatory requirements and assists with the preparation, filing, and submission of critical regulatory filings. Conducts statutory, regulatory, and factual research with respect to legal matters. In order to be successful in this role you must exhibit the following: -Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and self-motivated. -Problem solving skills and decision-making skills. -Ability to track multiple deadlines simultaneously. -Strong sense of ownership. **Required Qualifications** 3+ years of Paralegal experience. **Preferred Qualifications** Law firm or in-house experience. Healthcare and or regulatory experience. **Education** Bachelor's degree required or equivalent years of related experience. **Anticipated Weekly Hours** 40 **Time Type** Full time **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $34.66 - $76.26 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
