Help Desk Specialist
Position Summary
We're looking for a customer service oriented Help desk Specialist to provide technical support to users in an efficient and accurate manner. You're going to be on the company's front lines٫ and you will solve basic technical problems and provide support for all assigned areas.
Responsibilities
You will be the first point of contact for technical issues, troubleshooting, and guidance on Apple hardware and software
Update customer data and generate activity reports
The goal is to make sure that customer value is maintained to the standards set forth by the company
Meet or exceed SLAs in response to resolving tickets and phone support request
Recommend procedure modifications or improvements as needed
Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services
Requirements
Proven working experience in providing help desk support
Working knowledge of help desk software٫ databases٫ and remote control
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure
Exceptional customer service orientation
Patience for dealing with difficult customer-service situations
Knowledge of network fundamentals and IT infrastructure
