SALARY: $17.60/hr-$22.00/hr

Sun Link is seeking a professional, organized and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to provide administrative, clerical and receptionist support to department managers and staff. This position is responsible for coordinating daily office operations, preparing and maintaining departmental reports, managing records and correspondence and assisting with a variety of administrative functions that support efficient department operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or GED is required. Two years of administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities are required. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Provide administrative and clerical support to managers and staff.

· Coordinate daily office operations and maintain departmental records.

· Prepare, review and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and tracking logs.

· Perform data entry and manage electronic and paper filing systems.

· Draft correspondence, meeting materials, and other business documents.

· Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide customer service support.

· Distribute mail, payroll checks, and departmental communications.

· Schedule meetings, take minutes and assist with special projects as assigned.
