Server Assistant
We’re looking for a reliable, energetic Server Assistant to support our front-of-house team. This role is essential to keeping service running smoothly by assisting servers, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and helping guests feel comfortable and cared for.

ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities
Prepare and reset dining tables quickly and accurately between seatings, following cleaning and presentation standards.
Support servers by delivering food and beverages to tables, assisting with drink refills, and clearing plates and glassware.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, service stations, and restrooms throughout the shift.
Restock service stations with silverware, napkins, condiments, glassware, and to-go supplies.
Assist with to-go and pickup orders, including accurate packaging and timely handoff to guests.
Communicate clearly with servers, kitchen, and managers to prioritize tasks and maintain smooth service flow.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures; report hazards or maintenance needs to management promptly.
Required qualifications
Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25–40 lbs repeatedly during a shift.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude; willing to take direction and learn quickly.
Basic math skills for handling simple transactions and splitting checks when asked.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Preferred qualifications
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience, especially in fast-casual or full-service environments.
Familiarity with POS systems and basic order flow.
Food handler card or relevant food safety training.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, helpful for guest interaction and team communication.
Interest in learning about Mexico City-style cuisine and beverage pairing.
