Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the practice
• Lead, coach, and support front and back office teams
• Manage scheduling, patient flow, and office efficiency
• Monitor KPIs, production goals, and office performance
• Ensure excellent patient experience and team culture
• Partner with leadership to drive practice growth

Qualifications

• Prior dental office management experience required
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience with scheduling, insurance, and billing workflows
• Ability to manage performance metrics and drive results
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
