Accounting Assistant Position Overview

ProForce Law Enforcement is an innovative leader in Law Enforcement equipment and firearms. Recognized for our excellence in creative marketing, technology, and world-class customer service. ProForce is currently seeking an Accounting Assistant to join our hardworking Administration team at our Support Center in Prescott, AZ.

Accounting Assistant Responsibilities include

· Prepare and submit payments through the A/P system

· Data entry to the accounting systems

· Reviewing financial entries for accuracy

· Document and report preparation for internal and external delivery

· Communication with vendors

· Monthly expense reporting

The Ideal Accounting Assistant Candidate Would Possess

· 1 to 3 years of general accounting experience

· A solid understanding of general accounting principles

· Excellent oral and written communication skills – business style writing

· A demonstrated ability for planning and organization skills, handling multiple tasks, and working in a fast-paced environment

· The ability to communicate in a professional and articulate manner with internal and external contacts at all levels

· Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook, and Word

· A strong attention to detail – with double-checking and follow through as a standard

· Ability to work overtime as needed

Accounting Assistant Pay & Benefits

ProForce is a business casual environment that offers a generous benefits compensation package including a starting pay of $19.00 p/hour and up commensurate with experience.
