TheraCare Pediatric Services is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Therapy Assistant (SLPA) or Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. We specialize in providing high-quality, in-home therapy services to children, helping them achieve developmental milestones and unlock their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement therapy plans designed by a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to address the individual needs of pediatric clients.
• Provide direct therapy services in the home setting, focusing on speech, language, and communication development.
• Monitor and document progress, maintaining accurate and timely session notes.
• Collaborate with supervising SLPs, families, and caregivers to support therapeutic goals.
• Educate parents and caregivers on strategies to continue skill development outside therapy sessions.
• Adhere to all ethical and professional guidelines for service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or certification from an accredited SLPA program.
• Active SLPA license in the state of AZ.
• Pediatric therapy experience preferred but not required; new graduates are encouraged to apply!
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Reliable transportation to travel between clients’ homes.
