In this fast?paced environment, you will assist with product selection, prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate deliveries. Front Counter Sales Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

Customer Service & Sales:

• Greet walk?in customers and provide exceptional service.
• Offer technical guidance on masonry products (block, stone, pavers, and related materials).
• Facilitate sales by assisting customers with product selection and answering product inquiries.

Order Processing:

• Prepare accurate quotes for materials.
• Enter sales orders into the POS system.
• Process payments (cash and credit card).

Logistics & Scheduling:

• Coordinate delivery schedules for job sites.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding delivery timelines and pickup instructions.
• Collaborate with drivers and yard staff to ensure smooth fulfillment.

Front Counter Sales Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of customer service or sales experience, preferably in building materials, landscaping, or construction industries.
• Experience with masonry, concrete, or landscape products is highly preferred.
• Willingness to learn product specifications and construction?related terminology.
• Strong bilingual communication skills (English & Spanish—verbal and written).
• Basic math skills for measurements and material quantities.
• Computer proficiency, including POS systems and basic Excel.
