Job Overview:

The Fulfillment Floor Lead plays a key role in ensuring quality and efficient service by directing evening operations on the fulfillment floor. This leadership position oversees team members during 2nd Shift hours, manages job workflows, and supports training and development initiatives. The ideal candidate brings formal leadership experience in a fulfillment or warehouse environment, and a strong commitment to meeting deadlines, ensuring order accuracy, and maintaining a productive, team-oriented atmosphere.

Shift Details:

2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and direct daily activities of the 2nd Shift fulfillment team.
• Ensure all orders are completed accurately, safely, and on time.
• Set up and manage job workflow and task assignments.
• Train, coach, and support team members to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the fulfillment area.
• Uphold company policies and reinforce core values across the team.
• Collaborate with leadership on staffing, scheduling, and process improvement.
• Support the setup and execution of kit-building projects.
• Communicate effectively with team and escalate issues when necessary.
  

What We're Looking For:

• Formal leadership experience within a fulfillment or warehouse operation is required.
• Minimum 2 years of fulfillment/warehouse experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Positive, self-driven, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and browser-based systems.
