Accounting Administrator POST NUMBER: 474556
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping and day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Process and manage invoices, banking transactions, and company credit card/expense programs with accuracy and timeliness
- Assist with month-end close activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting
- Support accounting team in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with internal controls and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and streamline financial processes
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of staff accounting or full-charge bookkeeping experience
- Hands-on experience with month-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
