Role Overview

You will own key parts of our end-to-end architecture—from modern UI components to backend APIs—ensuring seamless, reliable, and compliant experiences for patients and providers. This is a senior-level, hands-on role for an engineer who thrives on technical excellence, autonomy, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll work closely with design, product, and infrastructure teams to deliver features that balance speed, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React , TypeScript , Python , and FastAPI .

• Build and optimize responsive, multi-tenant UI components with configurable theming, branding, and feature sets.

• Develop secure and scalable APIs (REST and GraphQL) that power both web and mobile experiences.

• Implement secure authentication flows including OTP, token management, and session handling.

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and data protection standards, including encryption and secure storage .

• Integrate with Postgres using ORM frameworks to design efficient and maintainable data models.

• Manage CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation using Terraform and ArgoCD .

• Build, deploy, and monitor applications on GCP , leveraging Kubernetes and Docker for scalability and reliability.

• Collaborate with designers and product managers to deliver intuitive and accessible user experiences.

• Implement A/B testing and feature flagging to enable data-driven product iterations.

• Drive best practices for performance, observability, and secure system design across the stack.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain development velocity and product quality.

• Use Jira and Git for agile project management and version control.

• Build and maintain cross-platform mobile experiences using Flutter .

Qualifications

Required:

• 5+ years of professional full-stack engineering experience.

• Strong expertise in React and TypeScript for building dynamic, responsive interfaces.

• Proficiency in Python and FastAPI for backend service development.

• Solid understanding of Postgres and ORM frameworks.

• Experience with multi-tenant architecture , secure data handling, and encryption.

• Proficiency in REST and GraphQL API design and implementation.

• Deep knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Terraform and ArgoCD .

• Experience with GCP , Kubernetes , and Docker for cloud deployment and scaling.

• Familiarity with HIPAA , secure auth flows , and compliance best practices.

• Proven ability to design and execute A/B tests and feature flagging strategies.

• Strong collaboration skills using Jira and Git in agile environments.

• Experience with Flutter for mobile application development.

Preferred:

• Experience integrating LLM-based systems (Langraph, Gemini, or OpenAI).

• Familiarity with Voice APIs for speech-driven user interactions.

• Understanding of gRPC for microservice communication.

• Experience managing API versioning for long-term maintainability.
