As a part of the Brew Crew/Cook Team, you will work directly with guests to provide courteous, friendly, and professional assistance all while maintaining the flow of the restaurant. You are the primary person responsible for customer satisfaction at Hãnai and ensuring the restaurant is cleaned and well maintained. Maturity, Work Ethic, and Smiles are a MUST! Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Highly skilled cooking, preparing, and prepping ingredients
• Proven track record of adhering to recipe standards
• Have a passion for working with high quality and fresh ingredients
• Excel in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Qualifications:

• Must be 19 years of age or older (due to alcohol being served)
• 1 year of prep/food experience required
• Must be able to interact and communicate clearly and effectively
• Must be able to lift 30lbs
• Food Handlers Card (If you currently do not have one, contact our team)
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality food products
• Passion for crafting and personalizing guest experiences.
