**What You'll Do:**
+ Greet and screen individuals entering the location to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a secure environment.
+ Follow site-specific policies and procedures while providing customer service to visitors, employees, and clients.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner as needed.
+ Communicate professionally and clearly with individuals at the location, addressing questions and concerns related to access control.
+ Monitor entry points and verify identification credentials to help to deter potential threats in accordance with established protocols.
+ Collaborate with team members and management to report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns.
+ Support emergency response activities when appropriate, following Allied Universal protocols.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ At least one year of security-related experience is required.
+ Must be at least 21 years of age.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
